Nothing to do today so decided to take the work truck to Tanger mall and park it with my e brake set and the reverse lights on and engine off for hours today.

I don't need no yuppie to show me how to hunt! I coulda shot that spike easy, had a shot at a small 8 point yesterday, and could have shot plenty of doe. Just nothing worth shooting. I'm waiting on that yearly trophy buck.

Im stuck at my in-laws helping decorate for Christmas

 

i just went and got a new microwave and frig for the new house. Woohoo!! Fridge was 2k, got it for 1300. Microwave was 279, got it for 109. Not too shabby

 

Sounds terrible having to be a grown up.

 

Where did you go? If lowes they will price match up to 10 days you can go back if you found the same fridge or microwave else where for cheaper and they will refund the difference plus 10%. Just a little FYI.

And hopefully you didn't get a samsung. the interior leds going down the wall are as much as a cheap fridge to get them replaced. I was so pissed.

 

i got them at Best Buy. I did get a samsung. Really nice fridge inside and out. Its a 3 door, french door fridge, 25.5 qu ft, digital display, blah blah blah ...... I read about some of those problems when doing some research on what i wanted so i got a 5 year warranty for $130 and i put it on my best buy credit card with 18 month 0% finance. It was the one i liked the best for the best price so i have no problem using my warranty if need be. I didnt read much about problems with the compressors crapping out so at least it should stay on. haha

microwave is also a samsung but i got it so cheap that i couldnt pass it up. It was on sale for 199 then it was an open box item because it black and the person bought a stainless. Then they put a dent in the back side casing and broke the glass plate inside so they had it on the shelf for 135 and i told dude a plate cost $20 and that was too close to buying a brand new one so he dropped it to 109 so i bought it. haha

 

oh ........ it is. Shit just gets more expensive and more stressful. I been trying to buy new u joints for the yota for 6 months now but new house problems means no truck money. haha

 

Damn I always thought samsung made good shit. I have one of their tv's. And phones, but we won't go there

Ha ha that's cool then you got the extra warranty. I got mine from lowes as a scratch and dent because it had a small little ding in the bottom corner on the back that no one would ever see so they didn't offer the extra warranty. But free delivery and disposal. ( my idea of disposal was move it to the garage for me so I have drinks and extra freezer space...... of course then the old one capped out and I had to haul it off.

 

I have a Samsung LCD tv for 6 years now and it still works and looks great. I wouldn't go as far to say they don't make good stuff. There's problems with every thing no matter the quality of it. I mean you drive a Toyota and probably think it's one of the most reliable vehicle manufacturers out there but our trucks can't seem to keep their wheel bearings from failing early and clutches from slipping 5k down the road.

 

Yeah that sounds like pretty bad luck.
