How's that locker doin?

 

So when setting these fox's at factory height, do I need to set the rings to where they aren't contacting the spring at all but will once weight of the truck is on them (first pic) . Orrrrrrrr.... Should I snug the bottom one down on the spring by a rotation or two? (Second pic)

 

The bottom collar will adjust your ride height and the top collar is just a lock collar to keep the bottom one from spinning loose. I know you didn't ask that but figured I'd say it out loud. You are gonna want some tension on that spring so it doesn't move around. Obviously the weight of your truck will put tension on it by compressing the shock but when fully dropped and unloaded the spring would then be free to just move around. If you don't want any height added to your truck by them, I suggest spinning the collar down till it touches the spring, put them on your truck, tighten the collar maybe a full rotation and drive it. You will probably have to spin the driver side one down a lil more then the passenger side for taco lean. Mine was about 1/4". Remember as a rule of thumb, the length of threads showing is half of the amount of lift height. So spin them to where they are tight on the spring, count threads or just measure the threads showing and that's your zero point, then adjust height accordingly.

 

I got a new kid today ........ Super pastel ball python. I went to get rats for my other girls and saw this beautiful thing sitting there and had to give her a good home.

Yeah I been wanting a morph ball python for awhile now but they are hard to come by and expensive. Petco had this one for $200. Most of the morphs they have are $300-$500 but I have yet to see one as pretty as her so I felt like this was the snake I've been waiting to pay for. Haha and I've had my rose hair tarantula for 14 years. I get him out all the time and he's never bit me

that sounds like you got her for a hell of a good deal! I remember you posting pic one time of the tarantula molting and shit. I have held like 2 tarantula’s and was never bit.


speaking of them. i saw a think that said that someone may have found a way to help someone get over the fear of spiders. But they have to take some drug or something while holding a tarantula.

Hmmmm. Idk about that. I don't think people really can lose a fear of something like that. I think you're just kinda born with it kinda like a personality trait
