    Untrue!!

The good and bad are in pockets. I'll look up at work in morning if you want. We get lots of visitors and have list of safe zones if I can find it again. Unless you like crack whores in the lobby and hheroin spoons under the bed. (Seriously, it happened)

Welcome and welcome to the area. We relocated here about four years ago and like it a lot. I'm down on Normandy Lake between Nashville and Chattanooga. Don't be afraid to ask if you need something. As for the camper, I'm out of room with the truck and my boat occupying the extra room in the driveway.

For the weld-on style sliders, what does the piece look like where it welds to your frame?

The mounting plates for my bolt-on have a bend that goes under the frame as well. Do weld-on do that too or just stick em on to the side?

I'm trying to decide if it's worth cutting ~100 inches of weld off my mounting plates just to move the rail lower and then rewelding OR if I should just cut the mounting plates down smaller and weld that to my frame instead of staying bolt on.

I marked red on this pic where all the welds I'd have to cut and redo to stay bolt on.
If I just trim down the plates and weld to side of frame, still stronger than bolt on, right?
