    Bone f’n stock for now
    Destroyed my shoulder in a bike accident last Wednesday. Level 5 Ac joint separation is going to require surgery and rehabilitation to be back to 100% rom and able to lift on it again. Long 6 week minimum recovery. Could possibly not be able to bench for a year. Surgery Thursday morning at 6am. About 4 hour surgery. I will be under for it and home late Thursday. Taking the weekend off from work to recoupe. Then hopefully get cleared a week into to go back to the gym. Have been hitting cardio since then and unilateral lifting on my right side.
