    Yes. You will see in the instructions how to do it. The outer washers are held on by the sleeve being mushroomed out so you need a unibit (step bit) to cut away most of the metal from the mushroom part then the washer will pop off. Once the outside washer is off put some heat on the bushing and burn it out. It's glued in so you just have to break the glue free. Using enough heat, the bushing will pop itself out. I had to go to home Depot and get a bigger propane torch to get it hot enough. Once the bushing is out of the cup then you have to remove the sleeve from the center of the bushing. Either burn it off or cut it off. Either way it takes a min to accomplish. Once that's done then it's just put the new bushings in. It's probably a 4 hour job by yourself

    I already burned the bushings out and we tossed everything, I'll probably just go buy some washers and bushing sleeves to use, or I'll machine some up.
