If he's so worried about messing up the paint on the bumper, he need not go wheeling and give the bumper to me :p

The whole reason I bought my Taco is cause it's a dang good off road truck and daily driver. I bought it used because I knew I was going to get it all scratched up from brush and tree branches rubbing up against it. I plan on getting my truck lineX'd so I don't have to worry about it at all. (To include door dings from being in a parking lot. :p)

I might be able to make the 6th. Is it going to be a Friday-Sunday affair or just the Saturday?

You gonna be @ DTOR on July 31st? I'm not far from there and might just drive up if there's another Toyota on the property!

So I'll bounce this off yall before I post a thread about it.

When I push my clutch in and let it go, either changing gears or starting/stopping the clutch will slowly depress itself to the floorboard and stay there. The truck will still drive and the clutch doesn't slip when this happens but I have to pull the clutch back out with my toes before I can switch gears.

Is this the slave cylinder internally leaking? No visual leaks.

Sounds like slave cylinder failing. Master cylinder failing usually give a very stiff pedal.

I just read a piece in a Toyota Tacoma troubleshooting manual I downloaded a couple years back. It describes almost exactly what you're saying and says to look at the master cylinder. So......it's one or the other..... ie, I'm no help......

Yeah, just looked at a calendar. I think I'll be installing around 29th or so. That gives it a week to cure. Now I have to ask the wife permission to go camping.
