Gonna try this alignment again....

 

I'm assuming that store is near you????? I went to the one in Mt Washington when I did my first lift. The alignment tech spent the first 1/2 hour walking around the shop reading the instruction manual for the alignment rack. After the job he did, I'm assuming he couldn't read too well....

 

Yes, Frankfort KY. I gave the guy the run down of my expectations and handing him the SPC UCA alignment instruction sheet with portions detailing clearance with the cab highlighted in yellow. He had the not enough coffee this AM look on his face. Guess we'll see lol

Do you have the brake proportioning valve bracket? I got them to include that in place of the exhaust hanger bracket it came with b/c I'll be dumping the exhaust at the axle.

 

Did you get them pre assembled?

I got mine from BAMF, it was a blem so $10 with free shipping. But that works too. I still have to redo my rear suspension anyways

 

Not assembled. I assume/hope the floor jack method works on a 1st gen?

 

It does, just would save time. But if saving money is more important then you did it the right way

Fuck this shit

I'm replacing the backrest cooling fans for this "comfort" 6 series seat that has the ventilated seat option. I had to take this fuckin thing out of the car, pull all the trim off, and remove the backrest from the frame. Now I'm having to cut hog rings from between the leather and the seat foam. I'm removing enough of them so all i have to do is squeeze my hand inside to remove the old fans and put the new ones in and snake the wires.

Like i said..... fuck this shit.

 

So follow up on key west: found out we almost fought some guy, I spent $40 on two car bombs that didn't get drank, my buddy spewed all over the bar, I spewed all over my buddy's moms car and just spent an hour cleaning it, and I found my costas.

 

I don't think any if that is the fault of Key West. Sounds like a good time though. Go find a cheeseburger to get you back to normal.
