    I'll get my apology.

This, exactly. Same thing happened to me at school one day.

Looks great!! I've always used 3m rubbing compound and a lot of elbow grease. Are you supposed to clear coat them or something after? for longer life or something? Think I heard Zack @Kerleyfries mention that.

That's what I've always heard. Put a good clearcoat on them, then wax them.

Thanks! I believe that was before the final buffing too. I was shocked how well they cleaned up really.

Edit: 3M kit comes with polishing compound and a sealing wax.

Mike you just need to learn easier to beg for forgiveness than to ask for permission. I get shit ordered and sent to my work and say yea it was super cheap. Or I got it off some one else. Most of the time she don't look as she knows it's my truck and I'll do what I want. Been doing it before her and if I live longer doing it after her. Good thing I control the money.

Pretty much exactly our dynamic. She complains more about the time I spend in the Yard though. Supposed to be spending more time with family, fixing our old house, etc.

I can't say for sure if it's being married for a long time, or just getting old and not giving too many fucks any more or what, but at some point, you just quit justifying anything to the wife....you just DO IT! Then you sulk when she does whatever it is she does to teach you ANOTHER lesson about doing what you want to do.... There's this stage where NOTHING you say will justify anything you do....I passed that stage a while back.
