    So I got my tires back from the tire shop and found my problem. One tire was filled with dried mud and making it unbalanced. So I'm going to clean them up and put them up for sale. 235-85-16 70% tread left. If you know anybody that is wanting them make me an offer.

    I like this one better and more for briskit or a pork shoulder. For "Stakes" I only do two minutes on each axis. 4 minutes per side.

    Haha you got to be joking.

    Yea it's bad most of Gatlinburg is gone. All my towers are down. National guard is not letting anybody in. Glad it rained just a little bit yesterday and I am praying for more heavy rain to come.

    We have an older Anova - not bluetooth but same wattage. Great kitchen gadget - Sous-Vide is an incredible way to cook perfect meats. Quick sear on a hot skillet, then vacuum seal and into the sous-vide at your desired temperature. Never overcooks.

    Mmmm, might have to sous-vide me some lamb chops tonight!
