What year is it? From what I've been reading it seems to be a trait of the dual clutch auto used. The newest one I looked at today was a '14 with a new clutch put in spring '16. Fully loaded Titanium hatch.

 

Ours is a '15 SE, it's not bad, mpgs are around 36ish. TOOO SMMAAAAAALLLL!!!!!! I can't get comfortable in there, add the kids and forget about it.

 

This is key for me.

Good answer. I told her anything over 10K and we can't afford it right now. She wants an FJ or a Range Rover. She got a chance to look over a friends FJ when we went to Badlands in August. Until then she was happy with her car. My Urologist bought a new Range Rover....Lo and behold, she wanted one of those.

Don't buy a Ferrari.

Yea, it could be my heavy foot. My foot generally likes the 85-90 mph range, but since I removed my sway bar I have backed that down a bit.

Well I got the front suspension is installed this afternoon. Did the passengers side first, that took for ever with multiple interruptions and checking installation videos to make sure I didn't miss anything. The drivers side went much faster at about an hour. Depending on the folks's schedule. I'm going to try and finish the back tomorrow or Thursday morning.

I heard back from the UBS recruiter today, I didn't get the job I interviewed for a couple weeks ago. He did however have another position they'd like to interview me for. Hopefully I'll get a phone interview lined up with he manager for later this week.

Unfortunately the day ended with a major bummer. I got a call from a former USAF section chief, one of the guys I served with years ago committed suicide this weekend. There are only questions, and no answers to be had. I know the "22 a day" suicide number that gets flaunted in the media isn't exactly accurate, but the fact remains too many veterans cut short the time God gave us because they lose sight of hope. And the people around them don't see it until it's too late. It doesn't really matter why, whether it was a family issue or demons haunting them from their service, our country needs to do a better job helping veterans. I pray Trump picks someone to run the VA that can really kick some ass a round there and whip them into shape. Turn VA into an organization worthy of the sacrifices so many of our veterans made! In the mean time please say a prayer for Butch Klabenesh and his family. God please be easy on his soul, may he Rest In Peace!
