tired to drive a flat screwdriver under the nut on the 3rd to get some backwards pressure on it. No go. Even filed the screwdriver down super thin. Also tried to grab it and pull while twisting it with vise grips. No go.

Any other ideas?

I see some diff modification in your future. Is the stud spinning too, or just the nut spinning on the stud? A metal panel popper behind the nut might give you a better chance of getting even pressure on it to try turning it off. ( http://www.galco.com/buy/TEKTON/587...WlQVeWm4q4IgVcw4kb5MRHb8Iqcfj-ui4AaAkU_8P8HAQ before you ask) You could try a dremel with a cutoff wheel to cut the nut, then spread it apart and take it off or cut the other side also. Might fuck the threads up on the stud doing that though.

Stud does not move. Nut spins.

There are 1/4" ish undamaged threads protruding past the nut. If I can get the nut off, I think I could stack some washers on the stud to cover the fucked up threads and then tighten the nut on the good threads.

Just a thought.

Guessing that mayfield is the predominant dairy brand in some part of the state he's referring to. It's all Purity here though.
