Oh no, it makes ours like a damn Cadillac. No leg room at all and everything is so cramped. I'm more comfortable sitting in our little jump seats with my feet to one side than I am in the back of an FJ. Shits way too small for how big they appear

 

The rubber shop manager has an FJ. Rode in it once, it was cool because I'd never been in one.
He remarked about it's blind spots and road trip comfort too.

Yes & No, For fishing and hunting yes however, currently for work no. I think that is the reason why it's killing me to have one however, I love my Tacoma.

Was the first vehicle I was thinking about purchasing out of college (Had the money). I liked the conceptual design although I was only able to drive it for like 30 minutes would like to have a long weekend or a day driving around one.

Yes, but the newer models are out of my price range at the moment plus its not feasible for myself. I'd get an older one like a 2005-2011 and fix up if I can find low miles. However, that is a godsend to find one under 100k & in decent shape not beating to shit or without a previous family using it as their shit bin for their kids.

 

I rode with a dude trail riding before and it sucks bad. It's the visibility that's so terrible. Small windows, you cant see anything in front of you because the hood is so big, you can't lean out the window far enough to see wheel placement, you can't see shit out the back of the truck ... I felt like we were "blindly" driving the whole time. Like driving a tank except you can't just run over whatever you want.

Wait....what? Does the FJ mean monthly payments? If so, i would recommend keeping the Taco. If not, I really like the looks of the FJ’s. I have zero experience with them though, so can’t speak to the drivability or practicality of them.

Would really like a old 4runner 2004-2010 to be honest. The FJ I was looking at was off STL craigslist but it must of sold. It was going for 17g with 75k miles which was a steal (& No more payments) but for that cheap there was probably something wrong with it. I'm a year left on payments for the taco or could just pay it off right now. The interest is so low though it may be a $10 bill difference.

 

Ahhh.... but these are trail side memories your making....plus a case of starting fluid is so much cheaper.

Ha, no you're fine! I'm just toying with the idea and tinkering numbers to see if its a feasible option to buy something or just wait to own this truck drive it for longer. I'm in no rush to buy. Shit everyone seems to shit on the FJ good to know I'll take that off my list.
