The current AAL and springs have about 37,000 miles on them, mostly pavement, but I do haul things once in a while. I may look at replacing the AAL and see if it raises the rear end back up.

I thought I'd pop in here to see what you guys have been up to. The ol' 1st Gen Tundra received a late Christmas present (Brute Force Fab Bumper). Kings and Camburg UCAs on the way

So I haven't bought a cell phone in 4 years. Need one at some point in near future.

WTF is going on with pricing!? $600+ !?!? I thought $100 was absurd on my last phone.

What provider do you use? With some, they will give you credit for the time you've been with them and discount phone accordingly. Some don't.

I got a Samsung S8+ for less than $300 through Sprint. I've been with them over 18 years. (Almost $500 discount)

    So you bought it outright?

AT&T only has 2 options, pay a monthly charge for 18, 24, 30 mos, or buy a phone in full. They don't give no discount for how long you've been with them

Sprint will let you lease, buy, or pay monthly. From what I can tell, not many reduce prices unless you threaten to take business elsewhere.

I think att does lease too, not for me though.

Going elsewhere doesn't work anymore. Round here at least. Phone and cable co's don't give a flying monkey if they lose a customer nowadays

my wife's phone is also over 4 yr old and verizon will do buy 1 get 1 free on some phones but only if you also go to the unlimited data plan which I don't need and would triple my monthly bill.

If you feel like switching providers, Republic is a part-time VOIP service that uses Spring and T-mobile towers and has unlimited free roaming. $15/month for talk and text with $5/GB for data. Not a bad deal, and you get refunded for data you don't use. I used them for a few years and they were awesome. Only switched to ATT because I wanted a Galaxy S Active

Used to have Verizon, loved it but didn’t love the price.
Now I have sprint, I hate it but I love the price. Slower data speeds and sim failures almost daily now

oh, the other wise words from phone store near a mall.
"It's a 24 month payment plan for the phone but if you upgrade to a new phone at 12 months, it's like getting this one for half price."

people really fall for this stuff?

Shame. The Marlin is about $60 cheaper after shipping than LCE for similarly spec'd clutches. LCE wants $38 for shipping while Marlin has 1/2 off shipping, ~$15.
