Wait until you experience crawl box gearing. It’s a strange experience the first time you use compound low and can’t even kill the truck in second while you are standing on the brakes.

I am going to 2hi mod my truck so on easy trails I can use engine braking without being in 4lo

 

4hi works too. I'm also considering the 2hi mod.
I'm in need of a locker first, then no need for silly nanny button mods

 

Crawl box sounds nice, but I prefer more movement. No crawl box until it's paid off, even then I may just DD my current one and build a trail slut

 

I want a locker but skinny peddle works for me with some light braking when necessary. Just gotta send it!

@Red Demon do You still want me to bring this factory exhaust to LBL? I don’t want to haul it there and then have to bring it back with me. Lol

 

Does anybody have a 2 or 3 inch spacer lift I can borrow or want to sell real cheap? I need to run Stock coilovers while I rebuild my ICONs.

 

By the way, I’ve still got a TRD exhaust, 2011 chrome grill, 4x4 mud flaps, factory rear shocks, etc. off of my 2011 Tacoma if anyone is interested in anything. I can bring it to lbl next weekend and I’ll let it go cheap.

It’s not a full cat back anymore, it had been cut up to change the exhaust. But I have the muffler and the tip. $50?

Off road I alternate between the elocker and my abs kill switch. Screw Toyota’s traction control...

 

I went with the Fox 2.5 with DSC adjusters. They are beefy, but pricey. Check my build. I'll be doing the front next month.
