i wish my damn head unit would get here! why the fuck does it take more than a day? i want to put it in damnit! and YES i’m being very fucking inpatient!!

 

Yeah I replaced my OE with a full kit from OME. Got Nitrocharger Sports on the front with 883 coils and Nitrochargers Sports on the back linked to Dakar Leaf packs now I guess I could upload a pic or two.

Heres a quick PS with two before. One was a HDR render with alot of editing done to it lol (The top one) then the second is the Before and the bottom is the After

Lol what head unit did you order? I mean I understand impatience I waited almost 2.5 years to lift my truck and finally actually had a way and the means/reasons to do it

 

Yeah my tires are a little small currently as they are only 265/65/R17s but Im looking at getting anywhere from a 30" to a 35" when these Coopers get done.

yeah tires look a little small. get a 33” i think for 35” you ned 6” of lift.


i’m running 265/75R16 stock.

 

Oh you got one of those HUD receivers. Id get to distracted with those lol. I just got a step up from the basic Alpine with a iPod cord and the additional sub settings.

I should be able to fit a 35" according to some measurements but it depends on the tire. If it has alot of sidebite like a M/T it would most likely rub. If its more like a Trail Grappler it shouldnt. Im almost considering getting a street tire or only going into maybe a Trail Grappler or a S/T Maxx from Cooper. Although Tire Barn doesnt carry Cooper anymore or Toyo

 

yeah i can’t wait. has a dvd player as well. going to put it in my self and wire it so i (ok passenger) can play and do what ever when driving, and i don’t have to have the parking brake on.

and FYI the trail grappler is a MT, a light M/T but it’s steel an M/T. get the terra it’s an A/T and i have them and love them!

 

The Trail Grappler is more of a hybrid than a straight M/T imo BUT in regards to the Terra vs the Trail. The Trail I would have to side with over the Terra for looks and sidebite. Really in truly the next tire I choose is gonna be based of looks, lifetime, and price. Im not dropping 1500 of tires alone, I cant justify it to myself lol. But that will be down the road from now. Course if I have a problem with my Coopers now, Tie Barn has to replace them with a full set of something very close / similar as they no longer carry Cooper / Toyo.

 

yeah it is. also i agree the trail looks badass. but the terra will last longer milage. and if you keep them nice and clean(i don’t really) but if you do they look good.

 

Well admittedly any tire will look good if you keep them clean lol. Idk why but theres something "off" with the Terra grapplers. Id assume there the equivalent of my Cooper AT3s but the Terra grappler is just unappealing for some reason. Cant really pinpoint why though

 

U can fit 35s with no lift if u cut enough stuff out the way. Also depends on the backspacing of the wheel u r running. Even with a 6" lift u will still have to cut the cab mount and trim the fenders. U will be fine with a 3" and 35s

haha yeah i know because my next set of tires are 35s so i pay attention to all the MT guys with 3" or less of lift and 35s

Hey fuckers. Any idea why truck isn't getting any bites? Is $16,000 really too much for thy truck? I paid almost $18,000 6 months ago and put more money into it

man i think it is a good deal. but you have to realize. you have stuff done to it. it maybe harder to find a buyer.
