27f will fit in 4R and will be an upgrade. That's what I have. I went with the top of the line from Batteries Plus, which is made by North Star.

You should definitely ask. I don’t understand either, and am genuinely curious. (Probably because I’m completely ignorant to all things electrical)

    My battery philosophy is this.

Step one - Buy battery from Walmart.

Step two - Use for 5-7 years until it dies.

    Step three - step one.

    :notsure:

I think a lot off of people want a deep cycle "house" battery to run all of their accessories on, and a separate starting battery. Great for extended camp time and regularly running down the "house" battery for the radio, lights, compressor, etc. without the engine running. I just chose to get a good deep cycle battery with a good reserve, and I'll just occasionally start my vehicle.

That's my plan. 1 good battery.

If you don't have a second vehicle, or immediate assistance, you left out a crucial Step 2.5.
Step 2.5: Call someone to come get your ass and take you to the parts store for a new battery.

How many accessories does one need while camping?

-Full disclosure, I did replace my 9 year old battery with an Odyssey so I’m not a total cheap ass

-Double full disclosure, the F250 got two Walmart group 65 batteries because that shit’s expensive!

Makes sense. I don’t use my truck at camp so I’ll just keep on the 3 step plan. Haha

I guess. Might swap it in. But I expect that heavy Panasonic in there should be good for a long while if I wanted to leave it.
