180 this morning. Made it from 220 to 185 just eating “clean” and not measuring/tracking macros. Hung up there for about a month. Started putting in the work to keep track of macros and the fat loss resumed.

Managing to keep my strength up pretty damn well. Won’t be testing until Monday, but I’m still in the neighborhood of 400 sq and 450 dl. Bench is still as abysmal as you’d imagine with one pec. Haha.

Not sure if serious, joke, seriously joking, or joking seriously...

I loooove macaroni & cheese, as all distinguished southerners should. Unfortunately, macronutrients (protein, carbs, fat) are the macros I'm referring to. haha.

If I did that, I'd be dead already. Sounds fun though. Especially the beers and eating whatever.

    Ah.
So basically just tracking intake of macronutrients and trying to hit some target daily amount?

    Sounds like a destination plan.

My macaroni diet definitely goes the wrong direction on the scales.

    Seems correct.

Exactly. The amount of each will vary based on sex, weight, and whether you’re trying to gain or lose weight.

There are a thousand macro calculators you can find online. I’m currently using RP strength.

Don’t get me wrong, doing the math and meal prep is a lot of work, but that’s literally all it takes. Well, that plus not cheating all the time.

Yes, I should quit smoking. I know that. One of the hardest habits I've started, and one of the hardest I've ever quit and attempted to quit. Never should've picked them up again a few years ago.

That said, I have a clean bill of health across the board. Just eat one too many fast food burgers once in a while, the doc said.

I smoked for a few years, then quit for 9 months using a pen-style e-cig. Started up again, and then two years ago I quit with a full on douchebag level vape. I may look like a hipster with it, but it's kept me off cigarettes for over two years now. Love it!
