    Yea. I got another welder and want to build something cool. Figured a trailer I can work on at my own speed and if I never use it then I can sell it and probably make a little money. Plus it’s literally just square tubing and a little bit of sheet metal with an axle welded to it.

    I did a slight bit of searching and couldn’t find a 6x5.5 trailer axle. Like one google search because I was at work. I’d rather do a normal trailer axle though. It’d be easier to mount up

    You can buy just the hubs with a certain weight rating or bolt pattern and swap the hub on a standard trailer axle. Most general hardware stores like lowes/northern tool/home depot all carry the hubs.
