TRD Off Road sticker. Not the whole package, just the sticker.
Lower control arm. I'm about 90% sure.

How old is the truck? Have you checked LCA bushings? What about checking to make sure cam bolts are tight and not stripped? Ujoints usually cause vibrations before imploding.

Mt. Juliet is about as far into Nashville as I'm going to venture.

Cam bolts are tight. Unless there’s a way to check LCA bushings without taking the whole arm off the truck, I won’t be able to do it. Living that #apartmentlife and have no way to take the truck apart unfortunately.

WD-40 the fuck out of the LCA bushings and see if that helps at all. I found that would clear up my noises for a day or two.

When I say WD-40 the fuck out of them, I mean it. Soak them, jump on the truck a few times to get some movement and work it down in there, then spray more. Repeat a few times and then see if the noise goes away.

I've got a video but I won't be able to upload it anytime soon. I'm not sure if it'll send through text (2+ minutes long) but PM me your cell # and I'll try it.

At the very beginning of the video, before you ever start to move, you turn the wheel slightly each way. Is the little clunk i hear the noise you're talking about?

Nah, that’s what I was saying before. I didn’t post the video because it’s impossible to hear over everything else.

It’s way more obvious inside the cab, and you can feel it in your feet. Hard to explain. That’s why it’s been driving me nuts.

One more time, when do you hear this noise? i.e. what driving condition makes it happen?

You can hear it when turning at very slow speeds, accelerating from a complete stop, and directly following the down travel after speeds bump, curbs, etc. only present at speeds under 30 mph.

I head out for work on the 5th and will be back the 8th. Then leave for vacation on the 10th and will be gone until the 18th or 19th. Was supposed to take the truck with me but probably won’t. Don’t want to risk it on a 3k+ mile round trip.

Sorry guys. Really hard to explain, and I’m sure it’s annoying.

When 70% of customers in a mexican restaurant are Latino, is that a good sign about the food?

Torque skids and associated brackets. Maybe torque the crossmember too. That has caused noise for some 2nd gens. 2 bolts each end of it under front doors. Don't overtighten because it'll crush the tubing.

My Mexican food criteria is, it's a good restaurant if one of the following is met, great if all of them are:
    • Telemundo, soccer game or accordian type music is playing so loud you have to yell to order
    • The menu and signage is in Spanish only
    • There are entire latino family's dining in there
    • "Work trucks" parked out front during lunch and drivers of those work trucks knocking back beers at 11am on a Tuesday for lunch.
I have never been let down food wise following the above criteria.
