What city are you in?

 

I work in Knoxville and live in the Powell/Claxton area.

 

Just ordered an Eibach Pro Kit and Icon RXT pack...

How much beer and cash would it take for someone to take charge on the install? Not letting a shop do it because I want to learn. Considering going the DIY garage route.

I live / work in Knoxville but make frequent trips down to Athens.

 

This is a relatively easy install and a great starting point to learning to work on your own truck. Should be able to knock this out in a few hours.

 

Looking for OR takeoffs with 265s, will consider other options

But since I'm here...
Been thinking about painting wheels again on the FRS.
I like them silver but just kinda want to change.
Bronze, dark bronze, dark gray,... not black but other darks are appealing. Can't decide.

 

Dark Bronze has been really calling my name. But dark gray always works and would pop with that red.

 

Yeah. Can't find a rattle can of a dark bronze that jumps at me in store. I don't want it bright. The bronze I used on 4Runner is so dark it looks black except when they are clean in full direct sun so I want lighter than that.

Any of you Memphis guys remember the name of that auto paint shop just south of 240 near the airport that could mix paint and put it in spray cans for you? It's been a few years so now I can't remember name or exact location.

 

Dark bronze. Always.

 

The Taco Bear painted his 4R wheels dark bronze, and they look great. He could probably tell you what he used.

If anyone is interested, I may have a set of used All Pro Standard leaf packs for sale. Can bring them to the meet at AOP and give to someone there to bring back to the TN group if the guy that may be interested in them in arkansas doesnt want them.

Let me know and we can coordinate with someone going to AOP in March.

That looks great. How durable is it?

 

15,000mi with them painted. No issues wash and pressured washed them multiple times. So much better than plastidip. Would recommend you watch their video for prep.
