Message me. Buddy’s dad owns a fab shop and is always looking for help. There’s a few of us that could potentially get you in somewhere depending on what you’re looking for.

It would be September-October when the move happens. So I can’t really apply now but just curious of places and pay. I’d love to know what they need and what they pay to put it down as a place to apply at if it’s decent.

I did 4 years as a “energy services mechanic” aka maintenance guy at a coal power plant back home which did everything from
Conveyors to bearings to welding and piping.

and then wife got relocated to VA where I’ve been leadman/supervisor at a fabrication shop building submarine stuff for going on 3 years now.

I honestly wouldn’t mind getting into a whole new career field if that option appeared. But that’s a hard thing to find lol

    Same crap everyone else got
Anyone headed south to GA anytime soon that can help with a TW express from Nashville area? Need to get some leaf springs from Nashville to atlanta or surrounding area. I'll be going to Augusta for the masters if anyone is making that trip and could assist to get them there and meet me. Also will be in Columbia SC April 9th if anyone is headed that direction then. Or anyone headed to Chattanooga from Nashville I could meet or have a buddy meet you for the TW express also. Any help would be appreciated.

I need to run power out to a new shed/workshop out past the opposite end of the house from where my main breaker panel is. I need 2x 20A circuits (110/120V).

You think best approach is to simply add 2 20A breakers to the main box and run the 2 lines out or should I run a single heavier line to do a sub-panel at the shed with its own breakers out there? Looks like sub-panel would be a good bit more expensive but could have some room to more easily add another circuit in the future if needed.

Only place to get SCS is SCS, unless you are local to them in CA as some dealers have them but they have a decent markup IIRC

    broken list:
    An XJ driveshaft - Dave
A crunched rear door - Levi
    A cv axle - Levi
A grenaded rear diff - John
Gid’s front locker - rewired but still doesn’t work
Had to rewire my rear locker - still works though

no debeads. Over half of us are on beadlocks and ran single digit psi.

Me and John wrestled then him and knox wrestled. John tapped both times.

One fucked up recovery on Levi where I had to winch to his roll cage to get him un-stuck from a tree.

I cannot for the life of me remember the guy’s name who was in my truck, but I’d like to see that picture of the tree stump I halfway turtled on by accident. No damage, just probably a funny picture.

I’ll have to let someone else post the pics, I only have one shitty one from my vantage of the winch on Levi.

    How’s the leg?
