Yeah my Hobalt 187 is perfect for anything that I do. Ur not gonna be welding fuckin building steel or anything. I think my welder will do 5/16 steel and 3/16 aluminum. That's more then enough for anything u should be fabricating.

    That's not enough if you're building a jig table that's 1" thick.
We used to do the stupidest shit. Run a Sasquatch bead with wire speed and heat all the way up just to make more work for eachother.

And why would anyone in their garage or more specifically Zach be building anything with 1" steel!!?? I'm pretty sure I read roof rack and things like that. .75 x .08 or anything around that size should be plenty for a roof rack.

THIS! i wont be messing with anything over 1/2” plate! (if even that thick) I'll mostly be messing with stuff like round and squire tubing.

i think first thing i’m going to build is kinda low pro bed rack,(want something that would work with a soft topper) out of squire tubing.

if i start making a lot of stuff, and need something big i’ll get something big WHEN i need it. and that wont be for a 2 or 3 years at least, if i ever need something really big.

I may make something for the rhino or something as well, but still don’t need something very thick.

fuck LT. i would never do LT unless i lived in AZ even then I would probably not LT, a taco idk build a small dez toy and have an R1 engine in it. (I would never ever live in cali ever!!!!) there is no need for LT any where around here. it would probably hurt you more than help because it makes the truck so much wider.

I respect all the work put in to a LTing a taco, but than it becomes pretty much useless as a truck. bed space is taken up from the shocks and shock cage.
