After some self debate I went ahead and put the Toytec diff drop kit on. I would say about 90% of my drive line vibes are gone now. The factory skid plates hide the lower mounts and if I didn't know it was on there I wouldn't be able to tell.

 

Driveline vibes are gone from a diff drop? Hmmmm I didn't know it helped with that

 

I had a decent vibe between 5-15mph and it is gone. Nothing else was changed.

Good day 4 wheeling yesterday on the rhino. got stuck(high centered) in a mud hole, had to drag out all 50’ of winch cable and winch my self out, broke a few strands on the steel winch cable.(probably because of the bad angle i had to winch at) then i found out i messed up the front skid.(its that high density plastic stuff, may just get a new one just like it. i like it a lot it slides on ricks and stuff really well on like metal.

 

Time for a synthetic rope

 

yep. it came with the steel, i don’t like it really. not going to deal with replacing right now. maybe in a 3 or 4 weeks. Going to look for a good deal on some good synthetic rope, also thinking about getting an extension. I used almost 50’ of cable yesterday, only thing closer was a stump about 20’ a way and i did not really want to use it. i think an extension is worth getting, if i had one yesterday i could have probably done a straight line pull and not had to pull at the angle i did. I kinda think thats what messed it up in the first place, it’s messed up about 15’ to 20’ from the hook, witch is about when i was at the end of the mud hole and it was trying to pull the front to the side more then forward, but it could not pull it to the side because of the rut.

 

An extension might help but only a new cable or rope will fix the broken one

 

true. extension would only be used if needed, it’s best to pull ss much line off as you can. having to 50’ sections +100’ of cable/robe is better then just having 50’, If i would have had a 50’ extension i would of had more options to winch from. I also could have got an almost if not a 100% straight line pull, instead of a bad angle to the side like i had.
