    Bad news: Firestone managed to balance my wheels with water in them, so its undrivable with my new wheels on it.

    the first problem is I should have never taken it there.

    It took them two days, thats right TWO days to put valve stems, air, and balance. They told me their tech that first day didn't know how to use the balance machine. The tech doing brake jobs. Look, I can show you how hard that is. You put the tire on the machine. You push start. It turns the tire and says put this much weight here and here. HOW HARD IS THAT ARE YOU JOKING ME?

    I told them to take the water out. Specifically said they have water in the tires.

    They didn't charge me because it took two days to balance them. So how do I complain when they didn't charge me for a service they didn't complete?
