    thanks man, and the 1911 is a Taurus. I like it! Cheap, lighter weight then most and very steady to shoot. I know what u mean about ur trigger, mines kinda tha same. A little too much pull before it shoots. Id really just like to shorten my pull

    I've never shot a Taurus 1911 before, sounds like you like it though, and that's what really matters! A word of caution: if you're happy with what you have, don't go shooting something like a Wilson Combat or Nighthawk... I can't stand slack in my trigger. I've improved mine a little bit just working with the stock trigger, but there's still some creep and when it breaks it feels a little sloppy.

    I'm admittedly ruined when it comes to 1911's. My dad has a Wilson Combat, and after shooting that thing everything else feels so... not awesome. Which I guess is why I feel the need to dump $500 into my Kimber. I figure if I can spend $1200 total (pistol plus upgrades) and get it competing with a $3500 pistol, I'm doin alright. As it stands right now, when I go from shooting my dad's to shooting mine, I'd rather just throw my pistol at the target. :pout:

    i’m going to use a T bolt, prob same size the tie downs use. and thinking rubber grommets or something to make the holes water tight. and on the in side use some washers and wing nuts. i’m going to use 3 bolts. but i’m also using a 40mm can.
    put more stickers on and you will have more HorsePower like i do! :D:p:cool:

    very nice collection, how do you like shooting the bowling pins?

    I have 30 of them (1$ apiece when the campus bowling alley replaced theirs). I haVe yet to destroy one....with 30-06, 30-30, shotguns, pistols, etc.... It is getting quite annoying, I havent had to replace one yet of the first 10 that I have started shooting
