    Dude you ain't gotta explain yourself to me. I didn't say I didn't like a plate bumper or that they aren't for off-road. I just wanted to say why I like the look and use of the hybrid more. It's like all this beer yall talkin bout. You like beer and your gonna drink it but there's always a reason for liking one more then the other. Anyway I'll rattle can this plate bumper I got and mount it up this weekend and see if I change my mind. ;)

    $2 32 oz PBR's last night...that coupled with an irish carbomb here and a red snapper there has led to liquid expulsion. And back to the bumper talk, the whole reason I went with the demello single hoop in the first place is because it had a prerunner look and gave a real offroad appearance to the truck, not a cow plow, but didn't want the fully exposed look of the metal tech bumper (my 2nd choice). The new hybrid version by demello is the perfect blend to me, but I'm not about to sell my bumper and buy a new one just because there's a new design, I don't have the funds to do that...well I do, but I'd rather spend them on other mods, beer, and herbs.

    Key word you just used ..... Old. Older jeep motors weren't that bad. But most older jeeps have completely different motors, trans, and diffs in them anyway. This makes perfect sense. The above pic makes no fuckin sense.

    Ah ok. Like ideally, when I'm older, I'll have a big garage where I can have a project truck, either take my tacoma now and stuff a tundra v8 in it or something crazy like that just because I can.

    I had. 4.56 in my tj with 35's a Dana 60 in back built by currie and a 44 in front locked in front and back. That thing was great and sold it. I kick myself all the time for getting rid of it and just not keeping it and getting a truck.
