Welp it finally happened. Got into an argument with my boss. He is upset I am not coming into the office to work during my days off and called me a lazy employee. He also said that I treat this job like its a joke.

I was shaking with fury. I have never ever been accused of being lazy at work. But I will not put work before my wife and family.

 

i know thats fuckin right. You tell him that?

I asked him what I had been doing wrong and he couldn't name one single thing. Just either said he had bad reports or for me not to worry about it.

After he told me that I treat this job like a joke I stood up and said, "Yeap I work in -6 fucking 0 degrees for laughs" and walked out.

I might have no job tomorrow but I really don't care anymore. I'll go home and flip burgers or clean toilets if I have to I'm not above being a janitor to pay bills.

I'm the first to admit when I'm lazy, but I honestly felt like I was giving 110%. Also asking the people training me what I can do to be better in the field. I've been moving up the training ladder in the field faster than most of the trainers have ever seen. Thats why it pissed me off so bad.

 

he may just be being a douche for no reason. Just meet him in the backyard and tell him to choose his words wisely

 

I know how you feel Brian, giving it everything you got and more, and having people pat you on the back the whole time and to be told you're half-ass'in sucks. Just hang in there. I think you have something good going but keep in mind there are jobs everywhere if you look and want to work hard enough. Your family isn't, it's a lot more than that.

This might seem random but anyone got a M&P? I'm contemplating picking one up this weekend. Probably a 45. I like them but haven't spent everyday with one

 

I want a .40

 

I looked into those when I was going to get my pistol but I liked the glock 17 better, just more comfortable. m&p would be my second choice.

 

I got a m&p 9mm I like it have shot both glock and this one glock is lighter but I liked the two tone of the m &p that was at the shop. Lots of stuff for both it just comes down to cost and caliber.
