K series over all else. I think when I buy my wife her new car we may sell hers and buy me an old civic hatch with the money. I've wanted a civic hatch for so long. No idea why really. Old school just like gids only in white.

 

And with all the wheels the same color

i thought gid said he had a rex?? not a civic hatch? im confused! i was in the tuner scene for a bit, got out shortly after i got my first tacoma. had a 90 civic hatch. hadnt gotten much done to it, was running just a d16 with an obd1 conversion to the car to support it. but had 1 buddy with an 89 rex with a b16 that was pretty well built and then another buddy with an either 88 or 89 rex with an h22 and then his wife drove a 94 or so prelude with the h22 in it as well, both were built quite well. then my goofy buddy that at one point in time worked on a honda race team til he couldnt pee clean... he had a 94 civic 4 door, think it had a b18 but honestly cant rem, just that he gave $300 for the car and it looked like it. but he had all the suspension, motor and trans sittin in his shop waiting for a body.

95 eclipse gsx turbo was and Mazda millennia supercharged were the last imports I owned minus the tacoma

 

i don’t know why but i don’t really consider the taco an import. i mean i guess it is, but it’s not fully imported either.

 

About 12312316543213165132165411. It gets really annoying. Every new kid that gets there picks one up and tries to slide it lol they are heavy pigs. I can't talk too much though, my first car there was a 33 GTS-T. Sold it and had a 180sx with a blacktop for a while, then the JZX90.

The only reason anyone ever liked the eclipse was cause of fast and furious. That car is ugly, inside and out, and it's a Mitsubishi. Nough said about that. And evos don't count

Hahaha that's what I've always heard. Skylines are like the mustangs of merica. Well u could've at least brought one back with you. Damn! Haha a buddy of mine had a r32 a couple years ago with a 1j and right hand drive. It was very strange riding in the driver seat and not driving. Did it take a while to get used to that over there?

The 33's weren't old enough to bring back when I was over there, and most 32's are rust buckets. Could have done an older 32 GT-R but it was my first station and I didnt have monies for that. And the RHD wasn't toooo bad. If you get in the wrong side you just open the glove box like you meant it all along!! But parking lots, and turning in intersections were confusing being on the wrong side of the road. And the turn signal lever being on the other side of the column. Even after two years I would turn my damn wipers on when trying to signal. I would hate to drive a RHD here though

 

I got a funny story about a skyline ....... Once upon a time back when I was a youngen, my buddy was turning 14 and his dad wanted to get him a car so that they could build it and he could learn to work on his own vehicle. He gave him a 5k limit and said see what u can find and like and we'll go get it. So after school one day, we started searching for something cool. We found a guy that had 2 cars that looked really cool and had both listed for under 5k. So him and his dad went to meet the guy and found that one car was a black r32, right hand drive manual with a blown motor and the other was a maroon mkiii manual with a 7m, without a blown motor. His dad left it up to him to decide and he picked the supra because it ran. We had already liked cars and of coarse everyone knew what a supra was so he was pimp shit now. Well one day we were hangin out with my sister who was dating an older guy that was into cars and stuff and my buddy got to telling the story about his car and how he got it. That very quickly turned into " Wait, so you had the chance to buy a 7m 3gen supra or a right hand drive r32 and you bought the supra???" Needless to say, to this day he still feels stupid for picking "the car that runs". Lol
