Haha youre fine man, just get the rich kid crap all the time.....sorry my family have worked their asses off? It wasn't just given to us. And I wouldn't even say rich in the first place. Anyways, raptors are complete garbage, he (his family) payed $52k for a base line raptor....it's a f150 with a black interior, graphics, and a big ass engine.....not worth $52k at all IMO. Like you said, a Tacoma would destroy that thing in Baja if you out the same $$$$ into it. If I would have found Tacoma world earlier I never would have gotten the tx pro, just liked the exhaust (which I've changed), rims (like the sport edition rims black better), and side steps(removed and will be putting on sliders). If i were to do it all over again I'd go for an access cab sport in a heart beat. I spent $300 on a damn color matched grill and had to plasti dip my bumper, I would have just had my rims powdercoated for waaaayyy less money

Hahahahahahhaha the kid doesn't seem to want to talk modding much....all he wants is rims and tires....just hope he doesn't do anything like a 20" rim and low profile tires......on the other hand my buddy I go to school with has a SICK 2001 taco, I introduced him to the website and now he's got the mod bug :p he's wantin a new lift, tires, air lockers, already has sliders, exhaust, and intake(k&n...bought it before I could warn him but he seems happy with it)

yeah. i have got it as well. think some jealous MOFO is the one who keyed it 13 days or so after i got it. still wish i could find out who so i could beat their ass! no fu*** respect. i hate people like that. and idk how anyone could go with out the DC i love it. i keep stuff under and behind back seats. floor on the seat. i keep the inside cleaner than the out. my and dad (mostly dad) leaves taco bell cups and shit in for dayssss. when we would go hunting we always got hardee’s on the way. would get home. oh ill get it out later... in my head i’m like oh hell no you wont, you’ll forget and i just go ahead and get it out. i hate trash in it. i hate clutter in it. i try and keep everything in the doors, console or under/be hind back seats. i take better care of it than mom and dad do theirs.

Man I would kill someone if my truck got keyed! And not really sure what he wants to do with that pre runner but still a nice truck haha. That 1st gen, it's a hell of a lot smaller! That's for damn sure! Haha but a good off road truck once he gets rid of the leveling kit the previous owner put on.....and I do to:eek:. But soon! OME is gonna be awesome!:D

yeah they are like 4” narrower than ours. (over all) i think they also have smaller mirrors.

mine is stock. before i lift i want new HU(witch i thought i would have already) tint windows, and a best top.(maybe getting very soon. group by going on, for $509 with free shipping. than it will be 3” lift, slides, skids than front bumper with winch, custom roof rack, than back bumper with tire swing and 2(maybe 3) jerry cans

Man, it sure seems a lot smaller than 4" in the cab haha but I'm waiting to tint my windows till I move out cause my parents wont let me go 20% cause only 35 is legal:( they made me buy a new dash with NAV when I first bought the truck....$1300:( and I'm doin the lift with new UCA's later in the year. Not sure what else, probably a sound system in the future and any other mods on here :D

dang! i have seen a few navs for around $700. mom does not want me too do 15% but i don’t care, i’m paying for it so i’ll do what i want. lol. i think i’m going to get the app radio 2. can get nav apps but the unit is like $400.

my lift will be full every thing! new UCA, 3” heavy duty leaf pack (maybe all pro expo leaf pack.)

idk if i want a high clearance rear or not.

Haha I got it at bestbuy, nowhere near worth what I payed for! And I'm probably doin an AAL, it would be out of budget with a full leaf pack and UCA's

yeah. next time go with crutchfield you get mounting kit and all.

i would do UCA later on. but leaf pack would be done. AAL won’t do much with a big ass tire swing and extra gas cans. and what ever els i have in the bed and towing. would prob bottom out with out moving. i don’t see why do AAL and than wait and do a full leaf pack. just wait a little longer and do it all at once instead of 2 times.

will just coast me more since i would have top gun customs put it all on any ways.

Wont I need new UCA'S to get alignment right for a 3" lift? And the most I tow is a trailer with 2 four wheelers, I've got blocks at the moment and it didn't bottom out with those, AAL should be fine, right? Not sure if I'm gonna do the leaf pack or not.

i don’t think you “have too have them” but i think it is best to have them. not sure. and yeah i tow a 12x7” trailer with a rhino and a rancher on it. or what ever els wont fit in my bed. you have blocks in the back? they are really bad on the leaf pack.and have a harsher ride. AAL should be fine. but if you are going to add a custom roof rack, rear plate bumper with tire swing and gas cans. i would not. sooner or later(prob sooner with all that extra weight) you will have to replace them any ways. also you still have the some what weak stock leaf springs, that sag a little with even 200 pounds or less.

You should tell everyone they are both yours but you let the wife drive the better one cuz you are concerned for her safety.
