    Well I ordered mine on the 19th (of last month) and when the site changed to "we expect ultragauge to be in stock on the 14th" I got a shipping notification (they just printed a label) and now the product page says nothing about stock...

    I don't think they had any, but had a whole lot in transit to them, and they got a confirmed day they'd be getting them (14th) so printed a label to try and keep me happy... a day or 2 ahead, sure.. but nearly a week is a dick move IMO.

    @ramonortiz55 can you please PM me their email? the only one I have doesn't seem to be checked at all. :)

    Just bought one on Monday (web page stated 98 in stock) and it shipped today via USPS. Paid full price, don't know why the price is going up, considering Scan Gauge prices are dropping like hot potatoes, 1/3 less than just a couple of months ago and there are more ways (electronic technology) to keep track of your auto vitals than a corded plug in module. But since I all ready have one (bought a few years back on a GB) and I'm used to the controls, layout, display and have the mounts, I guess that's what I'm paying the higher price for.

    Gee... Thanks. (Still hasn't shipped btw) so fat chance of getting it before I leave, it probably won't ship until monday if I am lucky.

    I would have much preferred honesty over "optimism". Kind of crazy to be turned off of a company and their products before even getting it. I would have been fine if they had just waited, and shipped it when they do instead of over a week of waiting for USPS to pick it up.

    I really love the last line... Go through the effort of filling out a form to submit a ticket and you will be answered 3 days of the week! MAYBE!

    Disappointed. Oh well, maybe I'm overreacting, just seems a little unfair.

    Yeah, my USPS tracking still states "A shipping label has been prepared for your item at 10:46 am on July 13, 2017 in GRANTS PASS, OR 97526. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date." since wednesday, 13 July, 2017.

    Yeah, I just submitted my ticket to Ultragauge to cancel my order. This is unacceptable, IMO! Here is what I put on my ticket:

    I got a message saying my order shipped on the 13th and when I go to track the package it says it didn't ship but the label was created. Please cancel my order immediately. I currently have one of your gauges and although I find your gauge worthy of buying, even though it is over priced, I find your business practices unsavory.
    Again, cancel my order immediately and refund my money, I no longer want to do business with your company no matter how good you think your expensive product is!

    Going to buy a scangauge.

    *EDIT* Obviously they don't have a number... Screw it, I'm done. I suggest everyone stay away from a group buy, If a company wants to screw over individuals so badly, they shouldn't get group business.

    Same here; I opened a ticket at UG, then yesterday I was still a little upset and opened a resolution ticket through PP. Interesting that it shipped out yesterday, same day as I opened the PP resolution. At this point I'm undecided if I still want the UG as I just ordered a Scan Gauge. I guess I'll play with the SG and see if I like it better than the UG which I all ready have one so the new UG will be sitting until I make up my mind. I'm kind of on the fence as I don't like companies that deal or do business like this and in this day and age of Social Media I do understand how it can make or break a company. You would think they would of thought this through instead of leaving their customers in the dark, limbo, out on limb, head in the sand, or with their finger up their ass.

    Yep, this GB was never resurrected, I believe Kickasssloth. like myself, is just venting frustration with UG business practices. Which is; it SUX!
