haha, yea and these things arent getting any cheaper to buy! You can get a nice used RXP for 5-7K though (11k new). I bought mine with only 7hrs on it 3.5yrs ago for $7800. That was a steal with those crazy low hours and at less than two yrs old!

I'd rather spend 10-12K on my supra (i will one day at "Virtual Works" here in vegas) - single turbo kit, fuel, suspension and professional tuning ----> 650-750hp at the wheels with a smallish/conservative turbo choice - for 91 octane tuned down some Turbo supras are absolute beasts ahead of their time

Hey Murder.....you know a guy who paints huh? What shop??? I have to paint my supra but all my heavy bodyshop connections are back home in new orleans from when i used to paint cars in the 90's....im a complete nobody out here
Wrecked the poor girl on I-15 last year and i want to disassemble and paint the entire car to sick perfection. Accidentally did a power slide at 80mph during a downshift and hit a truck, then a car and then the construction barrier wall at Spring Mtn. overpass (Damn near totalled her).
I need very heavy hookups for me to paint an overall on her - (paintbooth for multiple days - more than once). It's a 6month job I have in mind, and that's if i had NO day job at all.
Powdercoating my new BBS wheels right now (going darker) to get here back on the road again....then just needs paint. sheetmetal has all been repaired/replaced though.
I absolutely refuse to let anybody paint her for me, so the shop agreed to do sheetmetal work only and give her back to me with no paint on the new panels - just undercoating/primer where needed.

 

Mmmm i dont know anyone that work in vegas anymore the paint that i had done was at a shop that my insurance told me was good would not go back so i would look around! We could alwast hook up my garage with a home made booth and paint that bitch haha!

 

Oh my bad, i thought you had a guy here who painted....yea, a home garage and good compressor could get me the bodywork done but not all the rest (already thought of it/tempted with my 3-car garage rental haha).

So what goes on between the monthly Fri meets? Supra guys tend to be hard to get together too, heh.

 

Ya do it 3 car garage! Some of us do stuff drink at the bar shit like that durning the month! Pm me if you want to cruz every thur night they have a shit load of imports that meet up at aloha kitchen kinda cool to to go laught at some of the shit that is out there sometimes there are some sick V.I.P cars!
