I took the knob off to tighten the seat extra...but I cannot pull it down anymore or the knob will puncture the neoprene material. Its as if the seat covers are just slightly, maybe a little less than a half inch, to big for my seats.

I'm starting to think you just got a lemon. Maybe they had a new guy in their shop putting yours together, who knows. I'm sure they would be willing to deal with you to make you a happy customer.

Out of all of the reviews I've seen on this site, this is the first negative one.

 

got my seat covers last friday, here is a couple crappy pics from my phone...

 

definetly could be. Im taking pictures today and emailing them to wet okole and we are seeing what can be done.

In no way shape or form am I mad at Wet Okole, or anyone on this site for recommending them. I think they are a fine company with great customer service. Only complaint is price for merchandise received.

Im sure Wet Okole will make me happy to the best of their ability.

Also to ouyin: There are one or two reviews ive read on tacoma world where people were not happy with their wet okole's. I shall try to find them.

 

Finally got my Wet Okoles installed!

 

Excellent color choice man, mine are exactly the same although I have an extended cab.

 

So I just got off the phone from Wet Okole Honolulu. They I wanted $25 per row installed since I ordered online rather than from them. Awesome. Figured I'd get it done right, supposedly for free, since its local. Sad face.

 

Does anybody know where can i buy the same TRD logos (TY031) that come with the front seat covers? Thanks in advance...

My covers came last week, but I wont be installing them until January ( Xmas gift )

I didnt really like the Console cover, so I sold it to another member for him to enjoy,

I had this done



I might see if I can get some charcoal piping from WO and redo it to exactly match my covers, but I like this better than the stretch over cover

Wow looks good! Did you use screws to anchor them in?

 

yep

this is probably the 6 or 7th set I have done, never had a problem when using screws.

Dang ittttttt....I am so bummed I missed this. What was the discount that was given? Does anyone know if these are run very often?

 

anyone wash em prior to install? read someone post in another thread they were quite stinky initially

 

I actually liked the new neoprene smell, but yea it is strong smelling.
