Mine showed up today. I ordered on the 16th (2nd day). Never received any confirmation, delivery email or anything else. They look sweet and I can't wait to get them installed but I think I'm gonna let em air out for a few days first. They stink!

Started to put mine on today and then realized that I think they screwed up my order and sent me covers which are side-air-bag compatible (i.e., they have a flapped cutout on the RH side), and I know I specified non-SRS covers. Damn. I don't like that flap, but don't know if I want to hassle with the extra expense of a return.

Spent some time fiddling anyway to get the elastic straps for the coin protector loose from those thick little split rings under the seat. My arms are not skinny enough!

IMHO you should consider the expense of the return...you spent a decent amount of money to get what you wanted...if it were me those flaps would irritate me every time I looked at them. Wet Okole might even absorb some of the costs if you can determine they made a mistake. I'd approach them tactfully and discuss the matter.

I also suggest taking out the 4 14mm bolts on each seat...I didn't need to disconnect any electrical...there was enough slack in the harnesses to move/tilt the seat around to get to where I needed. I took one look at mine and didn't even try putting on the covers without first taking the seats loose. ;)

Both good suggestions. I will pursue the return, see how it goes tomorrow. And yes, I will try the unbolting on the drivers side (got it done on the passenger side with a bit of knucklebreaking)

If WO screwed up and sent you the wrong covers, they should pick up the shipping cost to return those, there would be no reason to expect you to cover even part of that cost if it was their mistake. They should tell you that.

Before you go thru the hassle of a lengthy and potentially costly return, consider that you actually have a desirable feature. If you ever decided to sell those covers or move them to a new version of your same vehicle that has side airbags, then you'll have that feature already (i.e. eye of the beholder or lemons into lemonade)

    Good luck!

LoL...that's why I've got a sign in my garage that says "Busted Knuckle Garage...Repair and Despair Under One Roof!"

Over the years I've tried to learn to work smarter not harder...taking out the bolts took all of maybe 2 mins...pretty sure I saved that in the less time it took to put the covers on with easy access to everything.:D

But BTW...I still managed a pretty deep scratch on the back of one hand. Had to be careful to avoid getting blood on those nice new covers. ;)

I called WO this afternoon and they told me that they will fix it for free, but I have to pay shipping :( They even said that SRS was listed in my order, and I am 100% sure that over the phone I told them NO SRS. I remember that distinctly, as I was going thru the product page line by line explaining what I wanted.

It's my word against theirs, and I'm not going to make a federal case about it. I'm not pleased but $20 total for shipping ($10 there, probably $10 back) to fix it I'll swallow it. Fedex wil drop it off to them tomorrow, hopefully they'll get it back to me soon.

That's why I don't like to place orders over the phone, much better in writing, then there can be no question.

At least it's only $20...cheap to not have that flap irritating you every time you look at it.

That would have been a $110 correction had it been me...($55 because it's Alaska:eek:) Outrageous shipping costs is one of the few things that bothers me about living here.

And in case anyone at WO is reading this....I agree w/ you about having something in writing....a confirmation e-mail at time of order might have caught this before it was shipped to you. I'd be a little irritated too, but I think I'd still spend the money to get it right.
