I have seen thru your bull for years. I only try to warn others about your ways. I'm sure you have some happy customers and that's great but it doesn't, imo, offset the crap you have put others thru.
Maybe you'll make good on all your bad and I'll be surprised and post a public apology, which I did do last year once i learned of your awful tragedy and loss. I gave you the benefit of the doubt when you started up again, but when the wheels came off I called you out and issued a warning to my friends. I'm not fabricating anything and only speak the truth. Prove me wrong.

Hey guys does this look right? To me the hi beams seem very low and I don’t see a independent adjustment for just the hi beams. Any help is appreciated

I never used that as an excuse to do business. Every business has its flaws and we learn from them and try to offer our customers better service in the future. This cluster was my fault from the beginning taking pre-orders on a product that kept getting the date pushed back especially and expensive product. I only mentioned my pregnant wife to let @pudge151 know I have more important things to do than argue on the internet. Not using her as an excuse at all, but that's the important reason I haven't been on the forums much.

Yes all issues will be fixed thats a promise! Hopefully once you see that you can end this personal issue you have with me. I hope!

High beams are adjustable. How to adjust them were posted a while ago, I'll try to find that post for you.

Wow so you had one warrantied and replacement sent to you only to have finger prints on the inside lens of the replacement :frusty:? Definitely get it warrantied again! Now I think others are gonna inspect there lights for finger prints lol. Hopefully that was a 1 in 10,000 light and no one else have issues

Thank you, says only 3 turns which doesn’t seem Like enough. Is it safe to go over that?

Thank you again for all the help, work takes me on backroads and highways that are pretty dark so this really helps me out being able to see further out. Total dumbass moment on my end, but thank you

Anybody else have an issue where one of their headlights low beams won't adjust far enough?

My passenger light won't go all the way to the left. It gets to a certain point then it actually starts dropping DOWN. I tried raising them up all the way first or down first then going left but nothing works. Driver side was easy.

I've already talked to TRS about warranty. Just sucks having to mess with it.

Also I ended up breaking the black plastic peiece under the fender that one of the 10mm headlight bolts goes through. If wouldn't seperate from the fender until teh plastic that the 10mm bolt sits on broke off. Since I'll be ripping out my headlight for warranty anyways I need to get a new one of those since I'll be tearing into it anyways.

I had a few customers report this issue with passenger side headlight. If you can't get it adjusted then follow through with the warranty to get a replacement.

I made the mistake of watching the Tacobeast (or whatever it's called) video for the install which doesn't talk about fully removing the bumper.

After looking at the Morimoto instructions that say to do that it was wayy easier for me to just take it all the way off. Especially since I had fogs to replace too.

Yes its easier to install the headlights after removing the bumper. Toyota seems to make that a "must" on their vehicles :notsure:. You can always plastic weld the broken tabs back on yourself using a heatgun. I have fixed lots of broken tabs this way on headlights and other parts. It wont be pretty but it will be just as strong.

Found this thread as i am researching the XBs but see that the place i ordered my LED bulbs and fog lights looks to have issues with delivering products. Should i look at canceling with Retrofit Wholesale and order elsewhere?

13 days and waiting on shipping info...
