Okay, so were rolling into another week now. Originally you told us up to 30 days and now Stripe won't give you a time frame? I'm confused here again...

As far as you not logging in here every day and not giving updates will hurt you even more. This should be a priority for you and your business if you wish to continue it. When customers constantly have to ask for an update, that doesn't look good. I'm sure sales are more your thing, but customer service is just as important. I am personally contacting Stripe again to dig into this myself and try to get some truthful answers. Nothing you've said is adding up as usual. 30+ days and you've only had 2 members refunded? So how many people do you actually owe back??? FYI when I ask for an update and you've clearly logged in (we can see when you log in) and do not respond, which leads me to suspect this is not a priority for you. You can also receive email updates when you are tagged or watching a thread.

So, let me ask again. Who has or has not received a refund from eledobleu (retrofit wholesale)?

After months of waiting, I finally got my refund. I got the email this morning.

No. It was through my credit card company

 

Glad it worked out for you with your CC company. But theoretically, eledobleu never refunded you. He's telling people to do this and not taking responsibility. Easy way out for him. Was hoping it actually was through Stripe... nevertheless you got your money back

 

I hope @eledobleu gets your money back to you like any decent human would do. $1100 is a lot of money... don’t promise something if it cannot be done

 

Thanks, we'll see in time. It is a lot of money for someone to essentially steal from you and have been promised since December. It's more about morals these days. Just comes to show, you can't trust anybody anymore. I know if I owed somebody a large amount of money, it would eat me alive everyday. On the other hand, some people make a living like this. Truly sad...

Just curious, has anyone sold theirs or traded for a BHLM setup? I installed mine a couple of months ago and love them but debating going a different route and not sure what to even ask for them

 

@eledobleu obviously you didn't get the memo or you running out of words? I'd expect some sort of update? BTW Stripe is very responsive and willing to help. So not sure why YOU are having such an issue.

what's your impression of them? I'm debating on these myself as I typically tend to lean towards OEM vs aftermarket parts...would they pass as OEM in your opinion

So far so good. In my opinion they look better than the new headlights from 2020 models.

 

They are sexy headlights. Wish I had them, but I’m thankful I got my money back. Down the road I’ll get some

 

Just wondering if you had any info back from them? I installed mine two days ago and now I'm noticing the static in some stations. Not all but some. I also bought them from restrofit source. everything else is working correctly.

 

Did they resolve the issue?? I'm having the same problem.

 

Does this ever bother you? Seemed like they just ignored the vent design altogether . The Hi beam projector need the real estate so they stole the fake vent thingy and pretend the bumper chamfer was never there. Its no real loss but it is a part of the Tacoma signature look.
