    An email notifying people in the group buy would have been helpful. I received the bill for shipping last month and promptly paid it figuring everything would ship in July. I checked the forum today only to find out about the Paypal issues... :eek:

    You might want to go back through your unresolved orders and make contact with those buyers so they aren't hanging out waiting for a product that isn't going to come without making other payment arrangements.

    All emails were sent to everyone who purchased using the email address the purchased with. Emails were sent when this thread was updated about the Paypal issue.

    Thanks for the update! As far as shipping confirmation, some people stated that it went into their spam folder and not inbox. The emails about the Paypal issue I sent manually myself using the emails people placed an order with. Its possible that went into your junk folder as well.

    Not saying that you didn't send one because I really don't know. I do know that the only correspondence I have in any junk/spam/deleted/inbox folder over the last 180 days that includes keyword "retrofit" are Paypal invoices and claims.
    What I am politely suggesting is that you take a look at any unresolved orders and make SURE that everyone is aware. Not all of us are fanboys who check every single forum daily for updates and there may be others out there like me who never received an email even though one was sent.

    Oh trust me I know its difficult for me to check the forums everyday. I Have been trying to get the last 5 people notified but they don't seem to be responding to the email or this thread. Thanks for your suggestions! It sucks when changes like this happens and its difficult to reach people.

    Dispute on paypal just got closed and the refund is being sent back to my credit card. Ready to reorder now, just PM'd you regarding placing the new order and shipping costs. Original order is 7513.

    Also, never received any emails about the whole paypal thing either. Figured I'd let ya know. Found out about the whole debacle through this thread. Checked all folders as well and only had emails from your retrofit wholesale site from when my original order was placed and the corresponding paypal emails.
