Can't go wrong with Toyota reliability and resale. My parents currently have 3 Toyotas too (tundra and two avalon), one of which was a 2017 avalon 6 months new and got totalled by running into a deer. Insurance gave them near close to what they bought it fir. I'm just glad they walked away from the accident with just a scratch on a knee.

    I took advantage of that 0% financing and new grad discount. Traded my 13 RAV4 limited/AWD in for a 17 RAV4 limited. So it's 17 Taco limited/17 RAV4 limited.

Bought my '17 Tacoma and wife's '18 Rav4 two weeks ago.

I joked with her that mine was a lower mileage vehicle....had 8 miles on it....her's had 21, lol.

These are our first Toyotas and replaced two Nissans that served us well for the past 10 years. We are both very happy so far. I like my 4x4 Taco a good bit more than I did my 4x4 Frontier...and I loved that one. She has expressed similar feels on her RAV-4 vs her Maxima.

I really like the interior of her RAV-4.

I mean technically no....its called a 4 runner because the roof came off in 4 different combinations...your 98 roof doesn't come off at all so technically it's not living up to its name.

    Currently a 17 Tacoma and 13 Sienna.
Since 1990 there has always been a Camry , Corolla, Sienna or Tacoma in the driveway.
With the exception of a Mazda B2200 I had none of the other makes stayed around very long.

Cool man. Yours is the same color Scion IM that I have. Except I have a spoiler that I installed. Hope your wife only drives it in sport mode. And if you switch it over to manual mode it's also a ton of fun.

I don’t know about her (lol), but if I’m driving the iM, the sport mode is ALWAYS on! The four wheel independent suspension handles nice! Too bad there’s a hamster under the hood!

The wife bought a new 2017 Highlander in February.
I bought a new 2017 Taco in March.
Prior to that, I haven't owned a Toyota in 15 years.

I have my wife to thank for the Taco. I've always liked them, but buying another truck wasn't even on my mind. I didn't even know there was a new body style. She drug me to the Toyota dealer and I saw the truck and thought... I NEED this.
