offroad bumper build?

    Has anyone tried to build their own front bumper? My friend can weld and has a pipe bender so i was thinking about trying it. Anyone know whats involved

    i have TSX projectors and Phillips 85122 bulbs. i think it was about 375

    they look super nice i gotta figure out the bumper thing first though. You said you had an aries right? How much was that?

    hey kinkrider this might be a dumb question but are those hood scoops functional? How does the 2wd do offroad? Do you have a rear locker

    The hoodscoop is just for looks..no function...I have no locker..I went to pismo yesterday and didn't get stuck at all..the 2x4 is very capable..but a locker would help a ton!

    yea that is goin be my first mod i think besides a bed liner. Im trying to find the correct locker size to fit in my truck but with no luck so far. I got a 2001 prerunner if you know any information would be appreciated

    a weekend of cutting and welding. i got the materials from a local weld supply shop...some of it was left over from my sliders

    Well it looks great i may have to try it. If mine turns out half as good it would still beat paying 800 bucks for one

    welds up to 3/16" nicely... 1/4" two passes... with flux core wire
