    I've heard the number 500 lbs thrown around but I'm not sure on the accuracy of that.

    No, the OR has progressive rate springs. The sports are just linear springs.

    If I remember correctly.

    this is correct.

    TRD OR has always had progressive coils, everything else has linear ones.
