New owner here and I’ve been learning from these forums since I’ve bought the truck and received a lot of go information. So, I’m getting a 3/1 lift kit installed and going with the Fuel Krank 18x9 6x5.5 and Nitto Ridge Grappler 285/65/18 wheels. The shop doing the work recommended a 14mm offset. I like the aggressive look, so I’m worried these may not give me that effect. The installer said the tires would be about flush with the fender. Is this true? Any pictures who has a similar setup would be great help!

I'm in the same boat as you and I'm undecided between 0 or -12 offset. You should check out the website customwheeloffset.com. You can filter it down to exactly what you are looking for.

Thanks. I checked that site but unfortunately I couldn’t find that offset.

You want it to rub and look mean over tucked in with less rub? Up to you. Pretty much can’t have both. Your choice.

That wheel will be flush with the fender. It will look very similar to the 16x8 with 0 offset that many here have.

You may rub on your UCA with that much backspace from what I hear...

In a 9" wheel, I'd go negative offset.

positive offset rim is tucked into wheel well, negative offset rim moves out giving wider stance and more clearance
