Thats a big fat no for me. Why would I want to give up controls that I can operate by braille for a series of complicated menus that I have to take eyes off road for several seconds at a time?

Not fan. Kind of busy for a small space.

I think the Tesla style swap in the Tundras look better, still a lot of screen

Hate big screens in a car. Defnetly a no. OEM is perfect size for me. I bet this costs a chunk too.

Don't think it has to do with age. I personally hate big Square screen in a car.

I think it's pretty neat. I'm not gonna do it, but it's cool none the less.

Echoing this; I'd like to see it done but I don't fancy it myself. I do think that my display could be a tad bigger.

By the way @0xDEADBEEF, I love your user name; of course that means I've been doing this too long because it translated in my brain as, "1101 1110 1010 1101 1011 1110 1110 1111". Yeesh. o_O

Im not quite ready to quietly accept the dying of the light yet...:anonymous::anonymous::anonymous:

I love gadgets and tech things and big honkin screens, but they gotta have a purpose. I just don't have a use for a big honkin screen in the car.

I don’t see the appeal of giant screens in vehicles. Are people watching movies on them?
Touchscreen climate controls is a no from me

Zero appeal to me. Touch screens are honestly a gimmick on anything but smartphones in my opinion.

We’ve hit the point with vehicles where all the basic functions are too boring, so people feel need to bedazzle them with screens, nanny features and geewhiz gadgets.

I love that I can get in my truck and step back in time 20 years. It’s simple, not distracting, and a tiny little vacation from a life where I spend 40-60 hours a week looking at a screen.

True story, as a young Systems Engineer for a (then) large and popular manufacturer of mini-computers, one of their main processors was a 24-bit machine and Octal was the numbering system. I got so used to working in Octal it totally screwed up my brain one evening while driving home. On that particular day my car had 37,770 miles on it as I left the parking lot and I anxiously watched the odometer (which was an old school analog affair with physical rolling numbers for the odometer and as such, the display was "037770"); as I got closer and closer to the magic flip, my stomach kind of turned sour when the next mile showed up as "037778". When I told my coworkers the next day what had happened they all laughed at me and gave me a lot of ribbing for a few weeks.
