My wife constantly reminds me that I was born a senior citizen. At least now my age matches my disposition.

 

Android 10? Why are they behind? We are at 12 now.. 13 could be out sometime.

If they allow us to upgrade to 12 or so, then it's good... if not, forget it.

Not for me - I don't need any more distractions - just keeping my eyes out for people who are playing with
their infotainment systems and crossing the center line is about all I can keep up with.... between these crazy
systems and cell phones I had to quit riding motorcycles ...

 

I clicked on the link and 8 pop-ups covered all visible space on the screen so that I don't even know what the product was supposed to be. So.... I closed the tab.

 

Do they make one for the 2nd Gen? Also, I merge my threads into the MegaThread when I'm done with them...

This was on pre-order for the better part of a year. I'll wait a bit for them to work out the bugs first then order. Stock head unit is useless.

 

At this point, I am only going to get myself in trouble.

 

That screen is so huge it would make me feel like I was driving around with my laptop screen open.

 

Not my cup of tea. Was very pleased that 3rd gen Tacoma’s had good old analogue physical buttons and knobs for HVAC controls when I was looking to purchase in 2020. Having said that I even find the 8’ multimedia screen to be distracting to some degree. Never mind a 12’ screen.

 

Is it possible to turn the screen fully off? I like it- but with my motocross damaged eyes, that much light would get shitty quick. If the screen is able to be switched off, I'll genuinely take a look at it. Stock head unit already crashes on me all the time.
