Sounds like you bought the wrong rotors

Nope, they're the correct rotors. I need them to run the Tundra calipers (your 2nd gen came stock with the Tundra sized calipers.)

    :laugh:I know the feeling!

If you run stainless lines with DOT4 you should be in better shape though..

I've got stainless lines and DOT3-4. What my issue is and I've known about it but just don't give a fuck. My drivers caliper is leaking, I guess I connected the hard line a little crooked so it seeps through, not enough to pull air back in and I have tried tightening it but it doesn't help so one day I'll fix it..

Really? Mine puts me through the windshield when I hit the brakes. Will see how that changes with 255x85's.

When I put 255s on my brake pedal became nothing more than a conversation piece. Hence, why I upgraded. With a 2nd gen you should be fine, you have the same size of brakes stock that I just upgraded to.

Ahhh gotcha. You might wanna get on that!o_O

When I put my new calipers on, the driver's side SS line leaked at the hardline connection. I tried removing and reinstalling it half a dozen times before finally just cranking that mother down with about 4 times the recommended torque. Problem solved!:kona:

Before Moab, probably just warranty out the caliper and bend up a new hardline and fittings.

After going to 35's and having lots o armor and cap and winch and tools.....lots of extra weight, stopping left a little to be desired. Upgraded to the EBC slotted and dimpled rotors with yellowstuff pads. Lots of dust with the yellowstuff pads, but boy howdy do they take a bite. Much better stopping power now.

Another issue. It's like towing a trailer 24/7. I know I'm over GVW when fully loaded for a trip

Oook, Maybe a little later future than that. I didn't know if there was like a loose calendar of thoughts or stuff coming up spring/summer, of if it was just as you'll talked.
