More problems at fucking Conrad's North Royalton! Every time I've been here they managed to break or screw something up and this is the last time I come.

Tuesday, had my tires rotated and balanced. They didn't rotate them properly and didn't balance the spare. So much for the lifetime free rotate/balance I bought?

Came back today, one of the drivers rear lug nuts is coming off hard (they've broken studs in the past and tried to charge me for it). So I said they've never broken for me (which they never have) and I said I'd come up later for that tire with a new stud and lug nut.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE FOR EVEN A BLOWJOB!

 

Contact corporate. First, they need to be held accountable. Second, you need to be "compensated" for your troubles. Third, this is clearly a 'squeaky wheel' situation where they'll just keep fucking shit and charging the customer for it up until they admit they're wrong.

 

They aren't charging me for anything. I made that very clear and the manager accepted that. He seems pretty cool and understandable as he has a huge jeep out back too.

Just pisses me off that their techs can never do anything right the first time. If they don't make money, what's the point of making the customer happy? I've gotten plenty of free oil changes from here. Just annoying nothing can be done properly. God forbid one of my employees doesn't do their job. They get their shit shoved back up their ass if so.
