RTT....ha. I'm on the last leg of 7000 miles on the bike, rode home and back over the past 11 days. Camped. That's all my shit that I brought on the back.

Not actually doing anything on the old blog for this trip. The first part was crazy fast and blew goats (snow in the Rockies, 3 days of rain in KS, MO, and IL). The trip back was less fast (5 days instead of 3.5) but still was really only a "haul ass and get there" kind of trip. Not conducive to a ride report!

I love hassling people about how much shit they bring with them. I especially love fucking with other riders. Dudes be showing up for a 2 day ride with 2 saddlebags and 3 duffel bags strapped to their seat. WTF? One time I did a 4 day off road dirt trip in the UP, and camped, and I had a sleeping bag strapped to the fender. That was it!

26,000 but I bought it used (it's a 2011) with 13,000 on it about a year ago. I'm kind of ashamed of how little I have been riding. I thought I would ride everywhere out here. I don't :(

ya, I realized on the LBL trip that I took entirely too much shit. I'll be cutting that in half for the RRG trip

That's kinda what I assumed. I'm just going to skip getting one for now then. Not to mention my only jacking point would be my sliders.

Money would be better spent on some recovery boards that would also be useful in the snow.

A cool trick I learned the other weekend, use the hilift off road base and your factory Toyota bottle jack... works so good on any surface. Better than a hi lift.

I use mine when I'm jacking up my truck for anything in the garage, because my floor jack does not lift high enough to lift my wheels off the ground.

    Dude that's a Monday... :(
It was fun wheeling with you when we did, but I doubt we will get together again unless it's just for a beer. When is your move date?
