    I have a 13" Wicked Flow muffler.

Highly enjoy it. Available through Bear River Converters and a TW member discount may still apply. Paid $75 for mine.

Snap-On guy apparently drives a Tacoma. A 5 lugger I think as well.

He was complaining about Toyota o2 hold downs. Told him not to bash the Yota, said he could, he drove one. Oh yeah, what? A Tacoma. No Shit!?!

    Complimented the 2TRunner as well.

What snap on on guy? I work at power tool repair and most tool dealers send their tools to us to be repaired.

Don't recall ever dealing with him. But if he don't send tools in often I wouldn't recognize the name. We fix tools for dealers all over the US. We take in close to 180 tools a day.

    Dig the Honda's and Toyota's.

There is such a product quality difference with these 2 versus almost every other brand of car it's not even funny anymore. Sure those 2 have their issues, but nothing like what you see with the Domestic and other imports.

Work on what I'm given though.

Chrylser is the worst. God I hate em. Biggest piles of cheaply engineered and put together pieces of junk on the road.

I don't mind working on Chevy's. Their cheap, but at least their crap is pretty straight forward without a lot of junk in your way.

Ford is poorly designed/engineered. A lot of time of saying "Why in the fuck would you do that that way" when working on a Ford. Everyone else has simple, bolt up front struts...nope, not ford...small fuckin' pinch bolts that seize in their holes. (Master tech in the shop hates Ford with a passion as well)

Hyundai/Kia. I still think their cheap. Just look at the interiors of most of their cars, still cheap, cheap plastic that will only rattle and squeak by 80K.

Infinit/Nissan - Seen 3 on fire. What do you think my opionion is? They try way to hard to be the germans of the asian import world. To much over-thought crap going on.

German - fuck em all. Stupid lug BOLTS, not nuts. 4 front upper ball joints, 4 front lower ball joints, just on one side. VW/Audi can't make a dash that will light correctly over the span of it's life. Even a fuckin' aligment on german cars is so much more of PITA than every other car. Add weight to the back seat...2 or 3 or 4 different suspension codes, and wait...can only find the codes...underneath the fucking spare tire.

Whipper might call me a Toyota Fan Boy.

I think the guy needs to work in a shop for about 6 months and get his eyes opened up a bit.

I figure...I work on this shit all day, if I want to blast ford, chevy, germans, I quite frankly have the room and experience to be doing so.

I've been working on cars for...over 5 years now. Not the whole time in a real shop, but 5 years. Did the Quick Lube for a good while, ended up as an asst. mngr of Jiffy Screw for a year and half. Been working in real shops 3 years or so I guess.

I'm alright. Weak in engine performance/diags and electrical. Have some wins, have some fails. Can and would do pretty much anything though. Done a couple head gaskets (Toyota Cressida, Chevy Cavalier), a clutch (07 Wrangler), plenty of Timing Belts.

PM you about where my work is.

Hey, all. Moving to school in Lima in January if things go as planned. I'll be at UNOH. I was wondering... how bad does the snow get around there? Is it enough to actually seriously think about trading my 5 lugger for a 4x4 taco or maybe even a WRX?

    Thanks!

Yea, from what I've heard the further north you go the better prepared the road dept is for snow.

    Good to hear!
