The first time I did the rebate it took forever to get the check but the second time it was much quicker.

Thanks for the link. I contacted them on Facebook and they provided the same link. My rebate apparently is still pending. Processing takes 6-8 weeks. In my case, it's been every bit of eight weeks. At least the rebate didn't get lost somewhere.

While I've had no experience with the Mobil 1 oil rebate, most all others have been an exercise in futility.

Pennzoil dino oil.....(5w30) 5000 miles. Either oem Toyota filter or Napa Gold. I ran a Dodge ('04) Hemi/auto/quad cab/long bed/3500 on Pennzoil/Napa Gold only for over 270.000 miles dragging around an overloaded 30' X 14,000 gvwr gooseneck trailer. Motor was good as new when the truck was totaled in a wreck. Oil changes in that truck were 7,000 to 10,000 intervals (on the road a lot and only serviced when it made it back home.) It would be hard to sell me on the idea of using anything different.

Mobil 1 5w30 and OEM filters. I change mine every 5000 miles. I have 37,500 on my 2015, mostly highway miles. I bought a box of the filters on Amazon and get the oil at Walmart or BJ's when it is on sale.

Submitted my Mobil 1 rebate request on Oct 23. Received the checks Jan 12. There was a rush at the end of the program.

You know manuals can be accessed for free online. This is 2017 after all.

I use full synthetic and change every 10K miles.
