    Lots of interesting replies.

I'm glad the Auto Hobby Shop at every one of my USAF assignments were helpful personnel.

For roughly $6/Hr stalls, tool chit system and oil draining tanks, life was easy doing oil changes.

Do some dealerships mess up this simple process? The answer is yes.

Engaging with service department manager is a must. If they don't meet your needs...go somewhere else.

I discovered that process here in Delaware and found a dealership that knows my expectations.

Example: today was my final ToyotaCare Service (5th) and 25K mile check-up.

Laurie, the service advisor briefed the technician working on my truck that I'm a thorough customer who takes care of his truck.

The dealership appreciates customers like me and I rate them very high when I get their EVAL email about the service received.

Communication is key is this regard. I paid compliments for the reminder phone message about my appointment and voiced my genuine appreciation for the details involved with my scheduled maintenance.

Service providers take notice and respond in a positive way. The message is clear to all staff involved with my expectations.

I'm so glad I feel this way about the dealership I have decided to take care of my truck.

You're one of the luckier ones to have someone like that. I've got a friend that runs an independent large auto repair shop with multiple employees, but I wouldn't trust any of them on my vehicles. If I could get my friend the owner to personally do it, that would be fine, but I know one of his guys will end up with it. The toyota dealer here is excellent having all older ASE techs, but so is the cost of any of their work. Seems all the quick change oil shops in the area, are a joke if you ask me. To them your just a number.

I bought the whole kit, and it was a breeze. I just wish I would have bought straight from the company. Amazon rips off these small businesses.

I wish my Navy Auto Hobby Shops were that good. Crap for tools, I have to bring my own tools. But yes the lift prices are without question an AWESOME deal. :)

I bought the kit minus the funnel directly from Motivx. Waiting on shipping now.
