    Put some oil in and around the rim....should slide right in

    I've found one finger & thumb on the handle, and the other hand's finger & thumb about half-way down the dip stick and it seems to slide in smoothly. But, if I try just one handing it from the handle, it binds about half way in and resists turning and teasing. It's like life.

    I’ll try this too. I’ve only got one hand for now so I was lightly able to put some stability half way down but with half my hand numb it’s hard to control it. I’ll have another go at it. Thanks bud.
