I'll still stick with them as I've never had a issue with them and I can get them at the dealership for $5

That's a valid point, but one could say the same about air filters. Just because I pay more at the dealer for "their" brand doesn't mean they are any better than an aftermarket filter with the same specs.

I can't say I've ever had a problem with any filter. 50+ vehicles and untold miles. Even the much flogged Frams I ran on mid 90's Hondas for well over 200k, using conventional oil.......... still with great compression.

Sounds like you have a good deal going. No reason not to stay with it.

I been using this. It's tall like the purolator 20195 but twice as fat....

Try other oversized filters like the OEM. Fram XG3600 at Walmart for $7.56, Motorcraft FL400 is $3.79 at Walmart, the Napa Gold 1516 is $6.69 and the Purolator PL20195 is $7.29 at Advance Auto, Wix 51516 at O'reilly's for $6.49, Bosch 3422 for $6.49 at Autozone. I heard Purolator makes the Motorcraft but unsure if there are any differences in the actual filters. To compare regular size filters to the OEM toyota isn't fair and most auto parts lookup don't show you the oversized equivalents. I found the parts numbers on this thread:
